REPLACEMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE MEMBERS

NOTICE OF REPLACEMENT AND APPOINTMENT OF AUDIT COMMITTEE
MEMBERS

With reference to:
1. Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, as amended by Law No. 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation;
2. Financial Services Authority Regulation No. 55/P.OJK.04/2015 of 2015 concerning the Establishment and Guidelines for the Work Implementation of the Audit Committee ("POJK No. 55/2015");
3. The Company's Audit Committee Charter;
4. The Company's Articles of Association

And based on the Decree of the Board of Commissioners of PT Multi Spunindo Jaya Tbk. Number: KOM/1025/001, we hereby announce the following:

  1. Approving the honorable termination of Mr. Lie Risdhianto Husin's assignment as a Member of the Audit Committee of PT Multi Spunindo Jaya Tbk., which will effectively end on September 30, 2025.
  2. Appointing Mr. Yudianto Prawiro Silianto as a Member of the Audit Committee of PT Multi Spunindo Jaya Tbk., effective October 1, 2025.
  3. In connection with the change in Audit Committee Membership effective October 1, 2025, the composition of the Audit Committee is as follows:
    a. Pradhono as Chairman of the Audit Committee (concurrently an Independent Commissioner);
    b. Yudianto Prawiro Silianto as Member of the Audit Committee;     and     c. Felicia Elizabeth Prasetyo as Member of the Audit Committee.
  4. The term of office of the Audit Committee members is effective October 1, 2025, and will last until September 19, 2028. without prejudice to the rights of the Board of Commissioners and/or the General Meeting of Shareholders to dismiss them at any time during their term of office.
  5. In carrying out their functions, duties, authorities, responsibilities, and other matters related to the Company's supervisory activities and good corporate governance, members of the Audit Committee shall refer to POJK No. 55/2015 and the Company's Audit Committee Charter.
