SAP Sheet

Our SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer) sheet is an ultra-thin, lightweight composite material with superior liquid absorption capabilities. SAP sheets can be used as an upgrade to the regular fluff pulp widely found in the absorbent core of conventional hygiene products such as baby diapers, adult incontinence and sanitary napkins.

Compared to traditional fluff pulp core, our SAP sheet is a significantly thinner, lighter material that also performs better both in liquid absorption and retention. We are able to design SAP Sheet with material composition, performance and specifications to fit your needs.
